A former competitive college athlete and coach turned rural wife and mom. 

Just as an athlete strives for excellence, I do the same in my home. Practicing how to manage my time efficiently, and cook meals I decided a can make at home but with restaurant flair. 

S&S started as small conversations with friends and family about how to start sourdough and garden seeds; now expanded into my online think tank.
